Gyakie (Early life, career, net worth….)

Jacqueline Acheampong, known by all as songbird or preferably Gyakie, is a very youthful and exuberant Ghanaian female musician in the genre of Afrobeat and Afropop, showcasing her unfathomable adoration for music through her intriguing lyricism and her ingenuity in delivering her piece of art through her music.

Gyakie was brought forth onto this earth on 16th December 1999 to Mr. Owoahene Nana Acheampong, another amazing, gifted song lover and musician, popularly known by all as Champion Lover Boy. He was a member of Lumba Brothers. It is obvious to all that he has clearly passed the baton on to his daughter. She also accepted in in good fate to do all possible to leave her mark.

The daughter of Owoahene Acheampong, Gyakie, was born in the city of Kumasi, precisely Bompso, of the Ashanti Region of Ghana. Song Bird was bred in Kumasi under the care of her lovely and compassionate parents.

Song Bird walked the halls of TI Amass, for her secondary education, where she obtained her Senior High Certificate. She then went on to gain her tertiary education at one of the prestigious schools in Ghana, noted for delivering the best of education, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) offering International Business.

In the early part of her youthful years, she dedicated herself to singing in her church as a the lead vocalist, being granted the opportunity to show her leadership skills as well as her lyrical prowess, Gyakie left an unerasable mark of a dedicated and melodious singer.

While in the university, she took the opportunity to be part of an amazing contest in which she emerged fifth and was invited to join the record label, Flip the music.

Gyakie is a talented and inspiring Afrobeat and Afropop singer with a never quenching thirst to reach her apex through the delivery of inspiring music while being endeared to many.
